Terms & Conditions
- All services will be billed to client's credit card or company account, unless paid by cash.
- In addition to the base fare, we add tolls, parking, 20% gratuity, fuel charge, tax, credit card processing fee, and, if necessary, wait time and stop time.
- For waiting time, we charge $15 for each 15 minutes. For airports, we provide a 30 minute grace period for domestic flights and a one hour grace period for international flights.
- If a passenger fails to show, the no-show fee will be the original trip cost. If you need to contact your driver, call (888) 466-7934.
- Reservations for Stretch Limousines require 20% deposit.
- For Hourly Trips, we charge garage to garage.
- For pick-ups between 11 PM-6 AM and during major holidays, there will be an additional charge between $15-$20.
- There is a $10 charge for a car seat or booster seat.
- The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. In case of spills, vomiting, etc., there is a shampoo/cleaning fee up to $250.
- Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer.
- The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
- Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver.
- Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
- Not responsible for delays or termination caused by accidents, traffic, or unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, flood, etc.).
- If for some reason beyond our control the vehicle requested is not able to make the pick-up, we will send a similar vehicle.
- Not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is canceled after the allotted time, the client will be charged in full for the trip charge.
For All Reservations excluding Proms and Weddings:
1- Sedan Reservations require 24 hours in advance for cancellations.
2- SUVs and VANs require 48 hours in advance for cancellations.
3- Stretch Limousines require 10 days in advance for cancellations or will be charged 20% and
72 hrs in advance for cancellations or the client will be charged the full trip charge.
PROMS and WEDDINGS:
1-A NON REFUNDABLE 20% deposit is required to make a reservation.
2-Balance must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event (cash, check or money order).
3-Cancellations must be done 2 weeks prior to the event or balance must be paid in full.
